Principal
Marcelle has built a distinguished career in the real estate industry spanning more than three decades. After obtaining her Real Estate and Auctioneers Licence in 1991, Marcelle began her career with several prominent real estate agencies in Sydney, gaining extensive experience across residential sales and property management.
Her entrepreneurial drive soon led her to establish and successfully operate her own real estate agency in the prestigious suburb of Mosman, where she developed a reputation for professionalism, strategic thinking, and exceptional client service.
In 2000, Marcelle was invited to join a leading Sydney-based real estate franchise group as State Manager. During her six years in this senior leadership role, she played a key part in supporting network growth and operational excellence across the state. With a natural affinity for branding and strategic communication, Marcelle later transitioned into the role of National Marketing Manager, where she led marketing initiatives and brand development at a national level for the Franchise network.
In 2010, Marcelle founded Bellevue Property Management on Tamborine Mountain, creating a boutique property management business built on personalised service, integrity, and attention to detail.
Bellevue Property Agency has re-opened in 2026 offering both Sales and Property Management.
